Clarizen is really amazing Project Management tool with diverse features that enhances the tool's capabilities. It facilitates the team with abundant features which reduce the hassle of working on multiple applications at the same time. It has automated features that cut down on repetitive tasks and saves time and the team can actually focus on the work rather than adjusting the tool as per our rapidly changing requirement. We have used much software in the past that actually took time to set up before we even started working.

I have used many project management tools before and my overall experience after using this software is really very awesome. I liked this software a lot as it helps me to keep all my projects on track and collaboration with my office team. Clarizen meets all expectations in terms of delivering the features we expect. Also, it has all advanced features for small to mid-sized businesses such as resources management, project dependencies, time and expense tracking and file sharing. Its in-context collaboration made it easy to communicate with team members.

Clarizen is a great PM tool however I think some of the functionality could be improved to make it more user friendly and perhaps more responsive although I think the processing time now is very good.

“Easy to use, straight forward, flexible and agile.”

Adopted Clarizen due to its price, and easy of use. Can be as complex as necessary. However, can be used in a lightweight configuration. Lots of automated features. You don't get as bogged down taking care of the application, which frees up time to actually work projects.
