“Good for Large Markets”

I was a Cision user while working in New York. It was great to create targeted lists and organize all of the outlets and contacts, and then keep track of campaigns. For smaller markets, like in rural Florida, it is not as useful.

“Superior Media Database Choice”

As someone who has been in the public relations field for almost 20 years, I’ve used basically every media database product on the market. Cision is far superior and everything else out there. From technology to depth of information to customer service, it excels. Part of the issue with other products is keeping up-to-date information; Cision is on the ball keeping contacts as recent as possible with the most relevant and recent information. All in all, it’s a well-rounded product that outshines any other available.

Cision is a great, all around tool for PR agencies. Our internal PR team primarily uses it to pull media lists for specific clients depending on the topic, beat or geography of our client activations. It's easy to use and reliable for our PR purposes.
