If an order is linked to a deliverer, he will automatically receive it in his app. You then navigate from the app to the delivery address and can call the customer directly. With the CashDesk delivery app, you can now see exactly where a delivery person is and what the status of the order is. Has an order been shipped? This is then immediately completed in the CashDesk delivery software. With the delivery app, you always have control and an overview of the delivery process, even during the busiest times.

In the app, deliverers can find a clear overview of all open orders. When a new order arrives at your POS system, the deliverers on duty automatically receive a notification on their mobile phones. This way, the deliverers know where they are and you can keep track of things.
