CAFMTEK

CAFMTEK is a computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system built by HITEK AI, a Farnek Group company based in Dubai. It gives facility teams one place to manage their asset register, helpdesk, work orders and planned preventive maintenance (PPM).

When someone logs a fault or service request, the helpdesk turns it into a work order and assigns it to a technician. PPM schedules plan routine servicing ahead of time, and reports let managers track job progress and asset performance.

Every CAFMTEK account includes AI tools at no extra cost. Fault detection and diagnostics points out equipment faults and their likely causes. Predictive maintenance and anomaly detection flag unusual readings before a breakdown. Suggested PPM intervals use real asset data to recommend service frequency.

CAFMTEK connects with ERP systems for procure-to-pay, accepts IoT sensor data, and links to HRMS through its Time and Attendance module.
