Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.

CAFLOU is an end-to-end business management system that provides the simplest way to manage business, projects, and teams with a strong focus on performance and economical aspects. I am the CEO & Founder of CAFLOU.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

As an owner of small marketing agency, I was missing a system that would let me manage business processes from one place, including the cash flow of my company and the economic performance of my projects. I was missing such a system I expected many more small business owners like me with the same issue. That is when we decided to build a system that would provide small businesses with a system they lack and need.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Caflou not only provides a complex set of processes on one place, but these processes are logically linked and create a smart ecosystem that is complex yet intuitive and easy to use. Above that, strong focus on economic aspects is rather exceptional in tools that are meant for smaller businesses. We provide tools like cash flow management, projects or teams economics that help business owners understand how their businesses stand economically.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

In general, Caflou is mainly used by businesses providing any type services but their work is project-based, digital marketing agencies, IT companies are amongst those that we see in Caflou most often. But we also see business consultants, architects or designers, or smaller companies with custom production.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

We are proud of the complexity and logical connections of our features but the focus on economics is where we stand apart, features like cash flow management or project economics are where we differentiate. Automation (we have our own workflow engine) is also a strong asset. Or data extraction from invoices or full-featured invoicing module with bank reconciliation and online payments (via PayPal or Stripe).

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

We run NPS surveys on an ongoing basis to see how Caflou is liked and the results amongst business owners are exceptionally high. We also run sequences where we ask business owners or other users about what they like or dislike and what they are missing. Many features or enhancements are built based on feedback from our users.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

We are a typical SaaS tool, we provide a business management system and when a company starts using Caflou, they usually never leave since they built their processes around Caflou. So you can say that all customers are repetitive.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

We try to guide them through the system at the very beginning with tours and an onboarding campaign. We provide them with tips and hints and other helpful information. Above that, we have the Education centre where they can find articles and video tutorials about how to use our features. We also run webinars on different topics and have a webinar for newcomers.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We have a chat with support where we react very quickly, in minutes. We have the Education centre where most features are explained. We also provide video consultations when required.

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

We see ourselves as a leading end-to-end business management system for small and medium businesses with a strong global presence and recognition. Automation or artificial intelligence will be strongly built into the product to help businesses prosper.
