  • It's easy to use for me and easy for them on their end. Customer service is always available when I need them or have an issue. They have thought of everything with this software and my clients love it!
  • Setting up and using the software was a breeze. It worked really well for a single user like me. The features are excellent, making it easy for me to keep track of my work.

What users like the least

  • It could use a couple of more features.
  • If a customer wants to change their booking, it's not simple to check my availability. I advise them to pretend to make a new booking to see when I'm available.

This app is worth the money for its price. The support team is helpful and solves most issues. Sometimes, I wish it had more specific options that matched our needs. I switched from another product, and using bookitlive online definitely helped me expand my business. I've suggested this to other single instructors, and I'll keep doing so. It's a fantastic product for solo operators.

I absolutely love this software for my business it makes my job as a business owner so much easier. Great customer service staff, always available to assist you. The staff is very hands-on and informational, and as far as the software goes it's very easy to navigate for its users. Everything is flawless, it's your business at your convenience. Some of my customers prefer to book an appointment, so this software makes them happy! It keeps business smooth no calls very convenient for both business owners and clients and also keeps things organized.
