Our intuitively operable Document Management software is designed for use in companies, institutions and public administration and meets high demands 'out of the box'. In addition to archiving according to the legal requirements of the GoBD, bitfarm-Archiv offers comprehensive and practical Enterprise Content Management (ECM) functions such as workflow management and versioning as well as efficient contract management.

Our docu­ment management system is developed on an open-source basis and has numerous interfaces and plugins. Therefore it can be easily adapted to the individual needs of a company. Integration into existing IT components such as merchandise management and ERP systems, FiBu or PPS software is effortless due to the flexibility of the system and facilitates the introduction of a DMS considerably.

  • I started using it a few months ago and till now no issue found.
  • While bitfarm-Archiv has been instrumental in enhancing our document management capabilities, it does have a minor setback. Accessing certain advanced features may require contacting customer support for assistance. However, the excellent support provided by the bitfarm-Archiv team ensures that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly, allowing us to maximize the software's potential.
  • I have to admit that the software may seem a bit overloaded at first. But after a short time I found my way around very well and thought that many functions are very useful. Some of these I have not found at all with other providers. Also, the loading time of the software was not optimal at the beginning, but this could be fixed after a short support call.

The absolute best electronic document organizer. I don’t think I could do anything without it. I truly like this software and One of the main advantages of bitfarm-Archiv is its flexibility. It allows us to create custom metadata fields, which can be used to categorize and tag documents as per our specific requirements. The way all the pieces of stuff are organized in very less tabs is much easier than others to access all the files. So I can keep many of my confidential things on the net.
