About BillingHub
Most invoicing tools charge a monthly fee whether you bill that month or not. BillingHub charges per issued invoice instead: packs start at 25 invoices for $25, larger packs lower the rate per invoice, and credits never expire. Drafts, clients, sending, PDF downloads and received payments cost nothing, and estimates and quotes are free on any balance.
What you get: invoices, estimates and quotes with a clean PDF; clients who accept or decline a quote online; card payments straight from the invoice through your own Stripe account, with the invoice marked paid automatically; 156 currencies and unlimited clients; several taxes per line item; your logo and your own email wording. Invoice tracking comes with the 100-invoice pack, recurring invoices and API access with the yearly plan.
It suits freelancers, consultants, agencies and contractors who send a handful of invoices a month. If you send hundreds every month, a flat monthly plan will likely cost you less.
