Billies

Billies turns your voice into quotes and invoices. On the job site or in the van, you describe what you did and Billies structures the line items, applies the right VAT rate, adds the mandatory legal mentions and numbers everything without gaps. You send the quote, your client signs it online, and you get paid through a payment link (paid directly to your IBAN via Stripe Connect). Payment reminders are sent automatically and stop as soon as the invoice is paid.

Billies also handles electronic invoicing: it generates the Factur-X format (EN 16931 standard) and connects to an approved dematerialisation platform (PDP) for issuing and receiving e-invoices.
