Bardo is a Stockholm-based climate tech company that automates activity-based carbon accounting. Most companies still estimate Scope 3 emissions by multiplying spend with industry-average factors, which produces numbers nobody can trace or act on. Bardo reads enriched invoice and ERP data, identifies what was actually bought, from whom and in what quantity, and matches each line to a documented emission factor or product LCA. AI agents handle the volume and humans review the tricky parts.

The result is a carbon footprint inventory where every figure decomposes back to the transaction behind it: traceable for auditors under CSRD and ESRS E1, comparable year over year, and detailed enough to show which suppliers and products drive emissions.
