  • The interface is simple and intuitive. We really like how project progress, budgeting, and reporting are all integrated in one place. It saves time and reduces errors. Their customer support team is also responsive and open to feedback, which we really appreciate.

What users like the least

  • Cs is very helpful
  • Some of our staff needed a bit of time to adapt since they weren’t used to digital project management tools. After a few training sessions, though, everything went smoothly. It would be even better if there were an offline reporting feature for field updates in areas with poor internet connection.

We at Papan Construction have been using BangunPro for several months, and it has made a big difference in how we manage our projects. Before using it, most of our reports and schedules were scattered across WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets, which often caused confusion during project reviews. With BangunPro, everything is centralized and easy to track.

The platform has improved our efficiency, communication, and transparency between the site team and management. We can now monitor project progress in real time without needing to visit the site every day. The support team at BangunPro has also been great, very responsive and always ready to help, especially during our initial setup phase.
