archim is a cloud-based construction management platform for small and midsize building companies. It brings daily site reports, employee and equipment hours, materials, supplier invoices, delivery documents, deadlines and project costs into one connected workspace. Teams capture information from the office or directly on site, while managers see current costs and margins by project without reconciling spreadsheets, chats and paper records. AI-assisted document capture extracts structured information from bills of quantities, delivery notes and invoices. archim also supports equipment and training-expiry reminders, weather records, meal-voucher reconciliation, purchasing analysis and organized exports for accountants.

The service runs in a web browser, supports Italian and English, and includes setup, all modules and ongoing support in its annual subscription.
