Aplano is an online scheduling software which works on all devices and in real time. Managers schedule shifts easily by involving employees into the planning processes. The software covers absence- and availability-management and allows employees to track their working hours via Smartphone or Tablet.

Additionally past shifts can be evaluated in list views. Employees can swap shifts between each other, apply for open shifts, insert availabilities or send applications for their vacation. Aplano also calculates overtime and creates an hourly - account for each week, so that managers can schedule workers more dynamically.
