Very affordable for users who simply want to be able to send documents out for digital signing with an audit trail

Really easy to set up and use. It's got a simple drag and drop setup for all the fields you're adding to your documents

What users like the least

I can't find a way to make it so signers only have the option to sign using the web version - they're typically asked to download the app
A lot of great features are hidden behind a big pay wall - you'll only get the really basic features for the low paid plans

There are countless options out there for digital signatures, and I found SignNow to be a well-priced option for basic needs. They've been gradually adding heaps of new features, but a lot of those features are only available for higher-paid plans. I just need documents sent and signed, with an audit trail, and SignNow does exactly that really well. I'm able to set a signing order and customize messages (as well as apply a custom message to all), and CC in my CRM email address so that when something is signed, it automatically gets assigned and recorded on my end with a copy of the signed document.
