“Workfront is a solid tool with many uses”
We have really grown in our use of the Workfront tool. We use it as both a client facing and internal tool. Internal uses include: Project Management, Staffing Expectations and Forecasts, Status Reporting and Operations Task assignments. Externally, for our clients, we use it as a status reporting tool, issue ticketing system and testing tracker. As we've grown in our maturity using this tool, it hasn't had much problem scaling to meet our needs. All in all, Workfront is a solid tool.
