  • A few bugs were there but were resolved by them.
  • Nothing major so far. A few of the advanced settings take a little time to learn, and it would be great to see more built-in guidance or short tutorials for new users.
  • Some features have a learning curve, and you definitely need to read the support documentation to use them efficiently. I've occasionally encountered template html issues when integrating with eBay, but support has always helped work through them.

keeping an open mind I can say that this software is very refreshing and smooth to use. I just love that it is really clear and easy to understand. I love all its features, some are order management, email marketing, and promotion management. I also like its auto-messaging feature. It is really very handy for shop management and it offers a lot more to the seller.
