After you sign up for 123ORM.com, just make sure to collect email addresses from new customers, and periodically enter them into your 123ORM account. You probably already collect new customer emails for your records anyway. We'll send out a quick email survey to new customers and ask them if they were happy with the service they received. (We'll also gently follow up with them later as needed if they don't reply.) If customers indicate they're happy with your business, we invite them to review you online, improving your online reviews.

If not, we provide them with a feedback form to contact you privately (rather than leaving damaging reviews in public). Over time, this process improves your online reviews significantly. You choose the websites you'd like satisfied customers to leave you reviews on... Facebook, Google, Yelp, Nextdoor etc. are common choices.
