Over the years, we have reinforced the Advisor position with the main domestic and international companies. We were the first company in Portugal to develop and set up a team that was totally focused on research. We were the first company to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Portugal.

We are a member of the Portuguese Real-estate assessment and consulting companies' association (ACAI) and we were one of the founding members of the LPI (Lisbon Prime Index).
