They had a Jira roadmap that they always showed me and talked about. We communicated over slack. There were deadlines broken up over the course of the project and each week the project manager discussed where we were in terms of meeting the next deadline.

We’re an agile shop, so we do two-week sprints. They assigned us a project manager at no extra cost who coordinates everything and makes sure that the resources have work. She coordinates the internal team meetings to make decisions around architecture. She’s very helpful, especially since she’s not on the payroll. I handle the actual giving out of work because I’m on-premise. They communicate well and clearly. We use Slack, and then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have standing meetings on Zoom. We also have ad-hoc meetings as needed. It’s a well-oiled machine.

Overall, we’ve had a great experience working with Weboconnect Technlogies. We’re on the other side of the world from Weboconnect Technlogies but they’ve accommodated our schedule. We use Slack and video calls to communicate. We hold weekly check-ins and their team connects with us throughout the week. They always provide reports and complete assignments by the stated deadline. They're a good fit because the engagement's less formal and more flexible, which created a boutique agency feel.

The primary points of contact for sprint planning and daily standups are engineers and product managers. The Senior Directors of Engineering, Product, and Program Management meet monthly to discuss the account manager's recommendations. Since developers are spread across multiple time zones, Slack messages are used as a means of communication. Jira is used to monitor feature development progress and success.

The all-inclusive solution offered by WEBOCONNECT included app development, design, and quality control testing. A user-friendly interface, real-time data synchronization, and strong security features were among the main deliverables.
