Most of my day is spent building AI voice receptionists and chat agents on our LeadGenie platform for Australian small businesses like tradies, removalists, and clinics—then integrating them with CRMs like Zoho and setting up automated follow-ups via SMS and email. What stands out is how quickly ideas turn into live client builds—we go from demo to deployment in weeks—and how much ownership I get over a project from start to finish. I've gained hands-on experience across voice AI, conversational design, and workflow automation in a short time, and I can see the direct impact on client leads and bookings.
