Webby Central is better recognized as a growth-driving company that caters to businesses by letting them grab multiple growth opportunities. We provide a wide range of services including website development, digital marketing, mobile app development, strategy and consulting, etc. Incorporated in 2013, we are currently operating from multiple locations in the US, including New York, Walpole, and Boston. We have earned vast experience in chalking out impeccable strategies to help businesses in meeting their ultimate goal and thus achieve the milestones successfully.
Working in the capacity of CEO with Webby Central, my role is to ensure that the company is on the right track to achieve the defined goal. I take active participation in strategy formulation with managers, team leaders and other senior professionals to improve service quality, productivity, conversion rates, revenue generation, etc.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Our main idea to establish Webby Central was to digitize businesses and help them grab multiple growth opportunities. Well, it’s a known fact that the internet has revolutionized the business world to a wider extent. Be it a startup or enterprise, every business needs to have a website and mobile app to excel their online presence and beat the cut-throat competitive market. At Webby Central, we assist firms in expanding their online horizons through our range of services.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We strictly follow an in-house business model and have a separate in-house team for each service. The projects are assigned to each team in accordance with their specialization. The team works under the great supervision of team leaders and managers, and follows defined processes, strategies, etc. for project development and thus ensure timely project delivery.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
At Webby Central, we deliver business-centric solutions to help clients grow their business at a fast pace. What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have adopted the Hybrid Fixed Pricing Model. Following this model, we fix cost and timeline, even at the first stage of project development. We then divide the projects into different milestones and charge payment based on the percentage of milestone completion.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Of course, we have a basic budget requirement, which is $5k. We strictly follow our basic budget requirements whenever getting new projects. Meanwhile, we even compromise our basic budget criteria in some instances - if the concept is unique and exciting, potential to set a new trend, etc.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The year 2018 was throughout good for Webby Central. During this year, we got many big projects with little bit challenges, mid-range, and small projects. We accomplished all the projects within the specified time frame and delivered successfully. The minimum price range of the project we worked on was $5k whereas the maximum price range was $800k.
