WeAreBrain is great at taking the business and technical requirements and making sure that they use best practices and coding to come up with a solution and see the project to completion. The component was part of a larger project to rebrand and retool our customer process. The initial beta feedback that we’ve received from the clients has been really good. The tool is much faster than the legacy in-house solution we were using, looks nice, and is easier to manage. Most of the time, we don’t have to spend too much time worrying about project management because the team does it well and gets things back to us quickly. The only thing that slows them down is the time that it takes us to test and provide feedback. WeAreBrain is good at getting work done and pushing it back to use for feedback and testing.

We are excited to see our vision being realized by the team. The president of our company is also very enthusiastic about this business model because he has had some experience relative to the business opportunity that we are exploring. WeAreBrain has been very adaptable to pivoting to our different needs and understanding how the product is supposed to be built for our customers. They’ve kept to a very specific timeline and currently use Google Drive as a primary communication tool. We’re using a dashboard to track the project, which is very helpful, but we’ve found it more meaningful to communicate our progress through conversations and weekly meetings. It isn’t a very complicated business that we are starting, but they have been very intuitive from the beginning.
