Userhub

Userhub is a Bangladesh-based qualitative research, UX research, and human-centered design practice established in 2014. We support international organizations, consulting firms, public-interest initiatives, and digital product teams that need reliable research capability and contextual understanding in Bangladesh.

Our work includes qualitative research, UX and usability research, participant recruitment and fieldwork, contextual interviews, accessibility and digital inclusion evaluation, service and journey research, applied research, analysis, synthesis, and evidence-based reporting.

Userhub combines local knowledge with Bangla and English research capability, supporting projects from research planning and recruitment through fieldwork, evaluation, analysis, and recommendations.

Our experience spans digital financial inclusion, public and digital services, development programs, education, workforce development, WASH and behaviour change, digital knowledge platforms, and product and service evaluation.

We also help organizations strengthen their internal capability in UX research, human-centered design, accessibility, and evidence-informed product and service development.
