At every step of the process they told me what to expect, gave clear instructions on the tasks I needed to complete, recommended quality sources for web hosting and design and kept me posted on progress throughout. It was clear at each stage that they were committed to building both a robust and secure back-end as well as a well designed front end that I will be able to update and maintain easily going forward.
