At the beginning I was unsure about the whole idea of the free site. But with some information about how it is going to work I decided to give it a go. Each step was clearly explained with videos and instructions. The free website guys prepared answers for the most common questions. Buying hosting and a domain were straight forward. Site templates on Divi look professional and easy to use. I was happy to invest into buying Divi lifetime subscription. The free website guys added required plugins to my site on Wordpress and provided detailed report about them. Communication was good. I knew what was required from me and how much progress is done already. The resulting site is meeting my expectations. I can update content and personalise it to my needs.
