The Abdali

Abdali Investment & Development Psc is a privately owned land development company established to develop and manage mixed-use urban developments. Abdali Psc. was incorporated in 2004 out of a successful partnership between the government-owned real estate developer National Resources and Development Corporation (MAWARED) and Horizon International for Development, an international construction conglomerate specialized in investment and development of large scale real estate and construction projects owned by Sheikh Bahaa Rafic Al-Hariri.
