They utilize Jira and Confluence in addition to a number of other products, such as InVision, a frontend design tool that I can't remember. We have developed an MVP for our intricate web platform. Although more work needs to be done to make it at least marketable, we are thrilled with TecOrb Technologies. They work really well.

TecOrb designed and developed a loyalty program application from scratch. The brief of the project was that we didn't have access to our target audience since we had direct contact with one distributor, but we didn't have access to their customers. We focused on creating an application for our end clients to purchase products for the paint industry. We initially provided TecOrb with a comprehensive scope of work, including a request for quotation. We worked hard to create the scope with our internal audit team to document our initial requirements. TecOrb created the app's wireframes and user stories and was responsible for development. Once users installed our app, we ensured they received a QR code they could scan and be directed to our portal, gaining points for their purchase. Once users reach certain points, they can exchange them for one of the available gifts on our marketplace.

TecOrb has been responsible for our e-commerce development and migration and the setup and integration of Adobe Commerce. The team has been responsible for data integrity, website optimization, and costume module development. TecOrb has migrated our data from Magento Open Source to Adobe Commerce, ensuring the new site matched our prior one with all the functionality and changes we sought. TecOrb is also responsible for web optimization to ensure we have the right product scheme and the pages are built to the best standards. After launching our website, TecOrb works on monitoring the site and identifying functionalities that aren't working properly. The team fixes bugs and issues.

In order to track key performance indicators, analyze trends, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven decisions, we need to develop a state-of-the-art front-end web application with expertly designed data structures to support changing requirements. We also need to create advanced analytics dashboards that facilitate real-time monitoring and informed decision-making while balancing functionality, usability, and performance for an exceptional user experience and adhering to industry best practices and standards, all while working with stakeholders and documenting design and development decisions. For Single-Family Rentals (SFR), TecOrb Technologies has successfully created and deployed an innovative, proprietary underwriting software platform that allows for quick underwriting of homes in less than ten minutes. Additionally, the company has designed and implemented a comprehensive construction management software solution to monitor assets, budgets, and progress in both office and on-site operations. By utilizing a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies, TecOrb's knowledgeable staff successfully addressed the underwriting software's unique intricacies, guaranteeing smooth integration and peak performance. Additionally, they contributed significantly to improving the usability and functionality of our website, showcasing their adaptability and dedication to providing end-to-end solutions that promote business growth, scalability, and efficiency while enabling us to improve decision-making, streamline operations, and spur strategic expansion.

The scope of work involved complete ASP.NET development to create strong, scalable, and high-performance online applications that were customized to match our needs. This included creating dynamic web pages, implementing secure server-side logic, and integrating with multiple databases and third-party services. Additionally, JavaScript development was used to improve the interactivity and responsiveness of web pages, allowing for a more engaging user experience. This included creating bespoke scripts, utilizing JavaScript frameworks, and guaranteeing consistent client-side behavior across several devices and browsers. Furthermore, WordPress deployment and configuration covered the setup of a WordPress environment, such as installation, theme selection, plugin configuration, and content management system (CMS) optimization. This guaranteed that the website was fully functional and configurable while also meeting our design and usability objectives.

TecOrb Technologies walked us through the entire process. Initially, we went through a discovery process, where they laid the foundational concepts for the build. From there they created mock-ups based upon the discovery phase. Then a build phase, and finally delivery. We are currently being supported by them. At the time of writing, we have received positive feedback on the aesthetics, speed, layout, and logic of the site. It is too soon to comment on performance metrics and we are still making adjustments and tweaking, so a true picture cannot be given now. However, from what we have available at this time, all indicators are pointing towards a substantial improvement over our previous site.

After defining our objectives for the new website, we went through a detailed multi-step process to begin the project. This began with a discovery phase which entailed an in-depth brand questionnaire, review of our website/search/web performance data, competitor analysis and technical audit of our existing site to identify any issues that may have needed addressing. The next step in this process was a strategy phase, this outlined the path of our users and was when they helped us create a specific conversion strategy, design of our sitemap and wireframes as well as a review of the existing content we had on the site for SEO purposes. From there we proceeded to the web design and creative phase of the project, where TecOrb Technologies designed our web and mobile user interfaces and accepted a large quantity of feedback from various stakeholders involved with the project. Once the design was approved, TecOrb Technologies quickly moved into the development phase.

A website was required to launch a new product for a target consumer that was not aware of the product category or have any existing knowledge of the product category. The website needed to be appealing, educational, fun and interactive. A rough plan for layout was submitted to TecOrb Technologies, along with design assets and inspiration, and they supplied a mock-up for the full site along with explanations of user experience. From that initial plan the website was fleshed out using supplied assets that TecOrb Technologies modified to capture the essence of what we were aiming for.

Tecorb created a load testing regime for a software product and built some of its features. The team brought expertise regarding testing, and we provided them with broad project parameters. Although we didn't measure specific metrics, I would say Tecorb's work boosted our productivity by about 10%. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations

It’s almost entirely development. They’ve been working to bring together disparate types of functionalities to help users manage omnichannel marketing efforts. Part of the challenges is building a product that handles different file types and size and creating a process for routing work to get approval from stakeholders. We’re building a new product from the ground up and I am very satisfied with their work. They’ve had the necessary expertise to implement our vision. Their network of services sets them apart. At this point, they’re our go-to development partner. I don’t feel that much of a distinction between their staff and my own. If I have a problem, or we decide to start another development project, I look to them first.

Our initial project was an app refresh where we built out an entire new skin for the app and included usability upgrades to make the app easier and more strait forward to use. We also upgraded backend capabilities to facilitate future growth. There was an understanding that we would likely continue working together for maintenance related development requests on a month to month basis. The measurable outcomes were: A modernized look and feel for the app. User flows designed to make the app easier to use. Enhanced speed for data transfer. A platform that would facilitate massive user growth which the old platform could not facilitate.
