SocialFind is a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partner based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. We take over recruitment in full, work alongside your own recruitment team, or run a defined project, and the entire funnel runs under your own employer brand.

You do not need to know upfront which approach fits. We start by analysing your recruitment problem and then choose what works: job marketing on social media and search, employer branding, recruitment video, active sourcing, application funnels or Thought Leader Recruitment, the method we developed ourselves. Recruiters, creatives and videographers work under one roof, so strategy and execution come from the same team. New candidates hear from us within one working day.

What sets us apart is how we measure. We do not stop at the numbers an ad platform reports. We link every application to the ad it came from, find it back in the employer's applicant tracking system and check whether the candidate made it to the first interview. That is what we steer campaigns on.

We work across sectors, draw on more than 350 recruitment campaigns, and charge a fixed monthly amount instead of a fee per hire.
