Social Media 55 prides ourselves on providing one on one support to ensure the clarity in our messaging is maintained. Our team of specialists is determined to providing top tier quality service, making sure the clients' expectations and goals are met. We always try to under-promise and over-deliver. This has been something that helps us outperform the competition.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our client retention rate is approximately 95%. We cater to SMB and Enterprise sized businesses in many different sectors. Automotive, Hospitality, B2B, Healthcare Marketing, Health & Beauty, to name a few.

Surrounding yourself with a team of professionals that put their clients' interests ahead of anything is crucial to delivering on time and keeping your clients for many years. We are always trying to outperform any other service provider with top-level service and only the highest quality work.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
The cost of a project is often determined by the expectations and goals the client has set out for themselves. In order to understand what services and prices to charge, we first need to establish what the client expects to get out of it. Once we know what the return needs to be, we can devise a plan to hit that mark.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
Like most advertising and marketing agencies, all fees are paid upfront at the beginning of the month. We do not collect the ad budget for the networks, we act as administrators on your account, allowing the client to keep their assets and have all creative’s in their dashboard that they will stay with them though we may not be working together.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
Project sizes in 2018 can be anywhere from $1500 all the way beyond $50,000. It really depends on the type of project and reach that's needed.

One activity that I believe has one of the most significant impacts on your ROI is having solid branding and messaging. Making sure that you have clarity in all the messaging is highly effective.
