In 2007, I founded Seven Dynamic and centered it around, providing premium outsourcing software development services to all our clients and partners.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
The market was saturated with software development companies that didn't provide their clients the necessary attention and care that I considered mandatory, so my first instinct was that it was the time that the market gets that kind of quality service and treatment.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
The attention to detail, care, and passion that we invest personally in every project is the true added value for all our clients; we believe that it's our clients' right to get that level of attention and investment from us.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to all industries and business sizes. Over 80% of our customers are recurring clients. We don't look for hit-and-run projects; instead, we seek to retain our clients for as long as they are operating.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
Every client has different needs and requirements, so before any project, we analyze our client's business and understand it inside and out, followed by detailed documentation of the entire process. Once this is achieved, we're easily able to determine the time frame needed to develop a mobile application reducing the margin of error as much as possible.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
Both the frontend and backend of the application take as much effort needed to ensure the success of their delivery in a successful and timely manner.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
The key parameters to consider before selecting the right platform are the resources available in the country that the client is located, the features, and the future plans that the clients layout to us.
Which platform do you suggest your clients, to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
Definitely native development, but this decision is better to be made after a full project brief, and the analysis phase has been completed.

Native, native, native. We truly believe in the power and efficiency of natively developed applications. Hybrid and cross-platform development methods are cost-effective but are not as efficient and long-lasting as native applications.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
The features, the time needed to develop and the resources needed to complete the project.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Each and every project has a different payment structure; it all depends on what the client's preference is versus the total price of the quotation.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We accept a wide range of project sizes with different budgets. There are no minimum requirements.
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
When starting any project, it's important to start off first with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This will, without a doubt, help the client understand their revenue sources as well as understanding their true, on the ground business needs.
