RMG is an ecommerce design, development and digital marketing agency headquartered in New York. Since 2013 we have built, replatformed and scaled online stores for direct-to-consumer and B2B brands, working across Shopify and Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopware.

Design. User-centered interface and storefront design built around conversion rather than decoration — information architecture, product discovery, cart and checkout experience, and design systems that a client's own team can extend.

Development. Frontend and platform engineering on modern stacks, including headless and Next.js storefronts, theme and app development, accessibility audits and remediation, site speed and Core Web Vitals work, and integrations across ERP, PIM, OMS and NetSuite. We handle migrations between platforms with the data and SEO continuity that usually gets lost.

Digital marketing. Ecommerce and Shopify SEO, AI search and generative engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, paid media, and email and SMS lifecycle programs built in Klaviyo.

We serve B2B and wholesale, manufacturing and industrial, fashion and apparel, beauty, outdoor and sporting goods, and food and beverage brands, and we are comfortable with large catalogs, complex pricing and heavy backend integration.

RMG is a Shopify Select Partner, an Adobe Silver Solution Partner, a Google Partner and a Klaviyo Silver Master Partner. Recent work includes storefronts for The Noco Company, Crispi USA, Granado, Evelyn & Arthur, Hanky Panky, Olukai and Rickshaw Bagworks.

We do not require long-term contracts. Brands that need a single task rather than an agency relationship can use RMG On-Demand: fixed-fee, pay-as-you-go work for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores at $175 an hour with a two-hour minimum, quoted up front and delivered by the same team.
