We built and sold townhouses in the East Rand. The 2008 global financial crisis impacted our business in a dramatic way, and in 2010, we decided to change our focus from building and selling townhouses, to building and letting our own properties. Whilst this business model does not have the excitement and lure of making big profits and moving on, it makes up for that by being very stable and resilient. This has proven to be true coming through the latest financial crisis. Through our good relationships with our Banks, tenants, together with an incredibly dedicated Redcon Team, we have strengthened every area of our business during these times.
