Every engagement starts with an Automation Audit: a two-hour workshop with the people who do the work, at your premises or online, followed by a written map of where time is being lost and what each fix is worth. From there, an Automation Sprint builds one system and takes it live within a month, reporting the hours saved weekly; an Automation Partnership builds and supports two or three systems over a minimum of three months.
