People Tech Revolution

People Tech Revolution (PTR) is a Queensland-based studio that designs immersive training for the situations workplaces find hardest to rehearse: managing aggression, psychosocial-safety conversations, delivering bad news, and building inclusive teams. Founded by Simon Lowe and Leonie Sanderson, the team combines game design, psychology and co-design research with more than a decade of immersive-technology work.

PTR delivers three things. Custom XR builds create virtual, augmented and mixed-reality scenarios for a client's own environment and policies. The PTR VR Library offers ready-to-run titles including Everyday Inclusion, Finding Common Ground, LIFT VR, Mind Shift VR and Speak to Me Normally. Didymo, PTR's AI platform, uses conversational digital twins so learners can role-play with realistic AI characters on any device, with feedback after each attempt.

The work is evaluated, not just delivered. Mayo Clinic's A Day in a Lifetime program reached 1,149 nurse and social-work leaders with peer-reviewed empathy gains, and PTR's DEI research with Google was presented at ACM CHI 2024. Mater Health's Speaking with Good Judgement program was backed by Advance Queensland.

PTR works with health, aged care and disability, education, government, justice, mining and resources, transport and aviation clients across Australia and internationally. Clients include Mayo Clinic, Mater Health, Google, NSW Police Force, Etihad Airways and Central Coast Council.
