We wanted to create a working product that allows users to exchange Bitcoin for dollars, euros, or other cryptocurrencies. Peiko was responsible for the backend and frontend coding of the platform, along with its design. They implemented several security components and integrated a payment gateway. They also made a connection to Google Authenticator and made sure that the app supports QR codes. Initially, we discussed our vision for the platform—how we saw it, and what we wanted to see on it. The technologies used were PHP, Node.js, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Redis. The site uses HTTPS. At the moment, it’s only a web platform, but our plans for next year include making a mobile platform and desktop application. We’re happy with the services they’re providing. The project is now successfully working.

As a Co-founder of Peiko company, I am proud of leading a team of true professionals and experts who love their work and what they create. This gives me more opportunities to focus on developing and improving our company and services. My main goal is to create strategic challenges to achieve them in the near future. I believe this is crucial to the Peiko company's future expansion and success.

What is the story behind starting this company?

Having spent many years in the IT industry, I noticed a lack of reliable and skilled software development experts who could approach projects and clients with responsibility and professionalism. When working on large projects, it's crucial to support customers at every step of development, which calls for experienced and well-coordinated staff.
I'd like to emphasise that I didn't embark on this journey alone because I had a business partner by my side. We made the decision to establish Peiko as an IT company together. Today, I'm immensely grateful to him for taking this journey with me!
That is why our main goal was to gather a decent team and work on big projects. Fortunately, we have finally assembled such a team today and are working with such clients.
Our aim has always been to create a work atmosphere that encourages innovation, teamwork, and job satisfaction. Every day I with my partner, support our team in their visions and bring their ideas to life. As a result, we work hard to make our business a vehicle for good change that will benefit both our customers and employees.

We provide outsourcing and outstaffing services to clients that need them in addition to our in-house workforce for their tasks or projects. At Peiko company, we are aware that each client has specific needs, and we are prepared to offer adaptable solutions to satisfy those needs.

In more detail, we are talking about our ability to carry all your needs. It doesn't matter if it is a startup project or a growing business, scaling an existing project or being part of your big project team. Peiko team analyzes the needs of the customer and can offer the required experts. Moreover, you can scale up or down at any time without any penalties and extra fees.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

In my opinion, it is extremely important to build a respectful and trustworthy relationship with clients. Knowing their requirements clearly well and making every effort to satisfy them is a top priority for us. In addition, we carefully evaluate all practical options and look for ways to improve them, which we then provide to our clients for review and evaluation.

Even in the most difficult circumstances, we are ready to find solutions that the situation demands. Therefore, the key to our clients' satisfaction is our unwavering commitment to helping them achieve their goals.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

In response to this question, our primary methodology is SCRUM. While we can also employ Waterfall, we believe it is less beneficial and efficient for our clients. Additionally, we prioritize the unique needs of our clients to ensure a successful product launch.

For instance, if the client has planned the next round of investment, we try to develop a functional version of the product by the agreed deadline. Thus, the probability of receiving the desired investment increases.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Our typical approach involves dividing the project into equal segments, each spanning two weeks of work. Although the estimate may be approximate, we use it as a guideline and aim to stick to it. Deviations are possible, but they rarely exceed 10-20%.

To facilitate a transparent and efficient process, clients make prepayments every two weeks. This system allows our clients to exercise better control over project progress and costs, ensuring efficient allocation of their budget.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Certainly. As a rule, the cost of developing a comprehensive MVP product, which covers backend, frontend, QA, PM, and DevOps, starts at $30,000.

For basic working prototypes, clients can expect to invest between $10,000-$12,000.
Additionally, we offer design projects as a standalone service, with pricing starting from $2,000.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?

Regarding development projects, the minimum cost of a mobile app prototype usually starts at $9,000, and the minimum price of a finished product ranges around $21,000.
Naturally, the upper limit is unlimited, with projects sometimes exceeding $500,000 in costs.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

Providing a definitive answer to what lies ahead for Peiko in 10 years is a challenge today, given the current unpredictable nature of the world and its rapid pace of change. Nevertheless, we can forecast our aspirations for the next five years. Our goal is crystal clear - by 2027-2028, Peiko aims to enter the "Global Outsourcing 100 - Rising Stars" rankings published by IOAP and achieve a ranking among the top 500 participants.

Our hope is that we can accomplish this purpose within the next five years and be poised to tackle even harder challenges as a team. Our goal is to look back in 10 years and feel enormous pride in the achievements of our company!
