Most Australian brands already hold the customer data they need. What they rarely hold is the intelligence built on it. That usually sits in a vendor's platform and stops working when the contract ends.

A Melbourne consultancy founded in 2017 by Wes Fischer, NTWRK builds two things inside a client's own environment.

Customer intelligence. A governed customer record on first-party data, the decision logic that runs on it, and the lifecycle workflows that act on it. Built warehouse-native on Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks, as an alternative to a packaged customer data platform.

Operating intelligence. AI agents and workflows built into how a team already works, and taken past the pilot into production.

Work runs in phases, each with a clean stop point. At every phase boundary the client keeps the data, the model, the agents, the workflows and the runbooks. If NTWRK steps away at that point, the completed work keeps running. Most engagements start with a 30-day proof of concept on one customer decision.
