Nexus LATAM is the recruiting arm US companies use to hire professionals from Latin America. We are a US company based in San Mateo, California, with our operations team in Buenos Aires, working with startups and mid-market businesses.

Our clients hire for engineering, design, finance, operations, marketing and sales. We handle the search end to end: sourcing, a practical skills test, an English evaluation and a cultural-fit interview, then a short list of candidates ready to interview. Roles are typically filled in about 21 days.

Professionals we place work 0-3 hours from US Eastern time, so they collaborate with the rest of the team during the same working day. Compared with an equivalent US hire, clients usually save 50-70%.

Engagements are flexible: a one-time placement where the client hires directly, a staffing model where we manage contracts, payroll and compliance, or a dedicated remote team. Every placement includes a 90-day replacement guarantee, and there is no fee if we don't find the right match.
