We had an issue with a desktop site that was not rendering fast on mobile due to a cumbersome WP theme (Bridge). Next Big Technology helped us solve the issue with custom CSS work, removing some of the less necessary elements of design and prioretizing what would show in mobile. They also speed-optimized the mobile implementation to socre higher in the usal benchmarks. Excellent job, on schedule, good communication throughout, highly recommended.

Next Big Technology (NBT) is a Web and App development company since 2009. NBT always aims at infusion of latest technologies for the development of Websites and Mobile Applications. As a Web and Mobile applications development company, we know how a Website and Mobile App can take off with proper Idea, Design, and implementation! NBT is based at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India with a team of 30+ Professionals with assorted skill sets. Next Big Technology is formulated to serve society by providing Web products, Mobile products, and other IT services.
As a company CEO, my focus is always on achieving company goals and improving services and managing clients. I always look forward to making new goals for the company and work to achieve them.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
The idea comes up when you see needs and the simple logic of demand and supply. Everyone needs their website and mobile apps in the current era. With everything going online, everyone needs easy access to things. So my focus was to launch a service based company where we can fulfill Web and Mobile App Development requirements all over the world.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are an in-house team of 30+ Professionals including Web Designers, Web Developers, Android App Developers, iOS App Developers, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Team Leaders, Salespersons, and Testers, etc. We are an experienced and skilled team. We never outsource anything. We always work as a team on projects.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We believe in taking work only when we are 100% sure about it. We know our work, and we always believe in a long-term relationship with clients. We always keep good communication throughout the project cycle. We provide quality work and cost-effective solutions on the given timeline. We are always ready to go beyond to help the clients. We provide long-term support for the work done as well and are available with suggestions and thoughts to make improvement in projects. We take each work like our own, and we complete it with the same passion.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
We work for all the industries including Health, Corporate, Sports, Food, Hotels, Education, Government, Real-estate, Consumer, Services, Banking & Insurance, E-commerce, Travel, Entertainment & Media, Events, Social, and Advertisement, etc.
Let’s say around 90%. I don’t remember we lost any clients, we always believe in a long-term working relationship with clients, and we always keep it by our quality of work and our full support after work.

The Development of web app has many steps, like:

It totally depends upon Project Specification and Designs. It can be given only after reviewing complete functionality requirements and design specification. We calculate an estimate depending on how many hours it will take, and we divide hours as per each step.

Many parameters need to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application like technical specifications, flow of web application, number of users, target audience, budget, purpose of the web application, security, speed, and performance.

It depends upon project specification mainly; we can work as per client preferences as well. If the client wants to go with a specific platform, we are happy to go with that. We can provide our suggestions as well. We do select the platform as per all the work specifications and target users.

We do work on all popular Content Management System including Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Opencart, Shopify, etc. We have worked with all the CMS over the years; we prefer WordPress the most due to high requirements in the market.

Yes, we do.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?
It depends upon the project specifications, the platform used, target audience, time spent, number of developers used, project deadlines, etc.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We do work on all payment structure including Fix Price, Hourly Price, Milestone basis, Monthly or Weekly or Phase basis. We prefer Milestone basis most.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
It always depends upon the work. There is no minimum budget or maximum budget; if we are working for an old client, and he has some small tasks as well, we do that for him for sure. Sometimes the client can have small tasks for you, and you can’t always say it’s not as per my budget. Anyway, we prefer a new work of at least 1000-2000 USD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The price range of projects we catered in 2018 was from $1000 to $30000.
