They knew their boundaries and what they could and couldn’t do. During the initial calls, they brought in the right people for the task, which was great. We managed the sprint cycles using Confluence and Jira, and we used Zoom and Google Meet to communicate. We had daily to at least weekly stand-up meetings, depending on the stage of the project and its criticality. We also kept track of the Jira tickets, and we had recordings and notes of every conversation we had.

Maruti does an excellent job in terms of project management. They’re truly organized with their deployment — they’re always on schedule. Their accuracy in terms of work scope is excellent. They have accurate project scoping and timelines. We started the partnership in January 2022, and it’s ongoing. Although our first project has been completed, we have other projects.
