Martes AI is an Italian AI training and AI engineering company. We train teams on the job, two on-site days on their real work with Claude, Cowork and Claude Code, and measure the hours they get back. Then we build and maintain what the training uncovers: custom AI agents integrated with ERP, CRM and email, agentic applications, and Company Brain, a licensed knowledge and analytics assistant deployed on the client's infrastructure. Over 600 key people trained in more than 65 Italian companies, 75+ AI solutions in production.
