LITSLINK is a software development company headquartered in the US. With 300+ tech talents on board, we provide full-cycle development services to meet the needs of our clients.

A personalized approach to clients’ requests focus on quality, and exceptional service are three tenets that lie at the core of LITSLINK's philosophy.

What is the story behind starting this company?

The idea of establishing a software development company emerged from the need to provide seamless and hassle-free development services to clients in the US and Europe. We noticed the rising demand among startups and SMEs that required a software development team but were limited resources.

As an alternative to hiring in-house engineers, more and more companies opted for outsourcing as a cost-efficient and less risky option. You can partner with a reliable vendor, benefit from their expertise and scale up and down at any stage of the project. We realized that outsourcing could bring lots of advantages to companies worldwide and started this business to bring high-quality outsourcing to the global market.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have an in-house team of 300+ in-house tech specialists working with projects in different industries. Depending on our client’s needs and requests, we assemble a team of engineers with relevant experience in the market and the required tech stack.

So, whenever clients require professional consultancy, an expert team, or just an extra pair of hands, we have all the resources to satisfy their needs.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

A hassle-free development process and extensive experience on the market are two factors that set us apart from the competition. We always strive to implement our customer’s ideas in the best way taking into account their preferences and needs.

Thus, when our clients reach out to us, they are sure to benefit from our team’s extensive expertise and skills.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

Our team works with clients in different niches, from eCommerce to fintech and ML. Since we always strive for a long-term partnership, we invest in building tight collaboration with all our customers, which helps us maintain a decent return rate estimated at 78%.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

As a rapidly growing software development hub, we provide a full range of services to meet our customers’ needs. We have different clients, from startups and SMEs to large enterprises. In this regard, we need to stay really flexible to ensure our customers can rely on us on all the aspects of our collaboration.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

With solid experience on the market, we have an ambitious goal to have a 100% satisfaction rate. However, we realize it’s impossible to be there.

Our project managers ensure they cater to our client's custom needs and take into account their preferences. Thus, when we start working on the project, we conduct an introductory call, discuss the level of the customers’ involvement and all the details to ensure we see eye to eye on all the issues.

Thanks to our approach, we are proud to have a pretty high satisfaction rate of 85%. But we always strive for excellence in everything we do, so we hope to increase it further in the upcoming years.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Suppose we mean maintenance and support stages for the projects we built and shipped. In that case, we have a standards service-level agreement where we allocate a certain time and specialists to ensure the product of our client runs following the client requirements and provides a seamless user experience.

As a rule, the maintenance stage takes 40 hours/month on average. But the amount of hours highly depends on a specific client and their product.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We adopt a variety of payment structures - it might be fixed price, T&M, or pay-per-milestone. We are quite flexible on the payment terms as we strive to cover our customers’ needs in the best way. Thus, we usually take a personalized approach to each particular case.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We are proud to stay really flexible given our current company’s size and clients. In fact, we do not have minimal budget requirements as we have projects with a budget of a couple thousand, providing product or UX design services.

At the same time, we can set up a team of 20+ engineers with a budget of $150K+/month. But the final cost is highly dependent on the customer’s needs, chosen tech stack, feature set, etc.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

The price range usually varies from $30K-$150K per project if we take into account the projects that were started and finalized in 2020.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

LITSLINK has been growing rapidly so far, and we continue to maintain this growth by scaling further in terms of projects and the team. We are constantly searching for new talents who can bring value to our customers and strengthen our team with their skills and expertise.
