When we chose Shopify as our new platform, we also realized we needed professional assistance to get all of our products, customers, orders, and various data points successfully moved over from Lightspeed. Overall, we had a good experience with IT-Geeks. Tom was great with communicating to make sure everything the team was doing was done properly. If there were any issues, Tom was sure to get them fixed right away. There were specific issues we were having with our website that we wanted to fix/change such as the way product descriptions are entered and displayed and It-Geeks gave us a solution to our problem. It is now much easier to enter descriptions the new way they did it. They also made sure to provide us with tutorial videos on how to do everything so that we can do it ourselves in the future when it comes to uploading new products when we get new collections.
