We had a great experience with IT-Geeks. Eva and her team were able to give us the exact website design we wanted. The project timeline was estimated at 45 days, and it was completed in that timeline as well. Eva was very responsive throughout the whole process. She responded to everything in under 24 hours. Additionally, she gave updates multiple times per week to check different parts of the website they had updated. They made sure all parts of the website redesign were addressed. They made it easy for me because they were so on top of what needed to be done. We are now in the 30 day grace period after the project has been completed, where they will update anything you need, and they have been just as responsive during this time period as they were during the actual project. I'm very happy with the outcome of the project, as well as the team that worked with us along the way.

We wanted to move from Wordpress to Shopify to enhance our customer experience and fix all the unnecessary issues Wordpress brought. While we we’re at it, we decided to also update our website design to give it a new life as it had not been updated for over 5 years. Our main scope was 3 things: Migrate the website from Wordpress to Shopify, implement the new website design that we had created and implement a few new features to the website such as a loyalty programme, Instagram feed, returns portal and bundles. There was no issues with migrating the website, everything went smoothly and as expected. When we re-launched the website, we had the biggest influx of visitors and sales we've ever had and the website was functioning properly without crashing. All the deliverables we're met and we really appreciated how much the team had patience and flexibility with our never ending design notes as we realised a lot of new improvements on the way.
