We did an intake first where they documented our requirements. One of their primary architects was involved in the call, as well as a project manager who oversees the project and a person who eventually builds it. During the project, we let them use our issue tracker, so we could track the progress and there was good communication about accesses that they required. For every larger issue, they created pull requests that allowed us to do code reviews, request changes and in the final delivery, they did a demo and a full review by the senior designer. Overall, the project was a success.

All our requests (including additional ones) were fulfilled, everything works smoothly. We had good communication flow and we were enjoyed by their job. We'll continue working with them in case we need some support or additional stuff

Hi, my name is Eugene. I am CTO of Crm-Studio company. For our SAAS CRM project we desided to prepare AWS infrastructures and CI/CD setup. I spent a lot of time to choose a partner, which in the end was the company IT Svit. The feedback and several technical meetings with Yuri, Konstantin and the manager Dmitriy helped me a lot. At this stage, the first phase of the project is successfully completed and we are looking forward to working together in the future.

We got exactly what we wanted: a highly available, fault tolerant and auto-scaled system managed through terraform and runnning in kubernetes. IT Svit helped us from the beginning of the planning phase all the way through to putting the systems live.

We've obtained a cost-effective and competent DevOps service without the need to hire a dedicated team of administrators that surprised me, to be honest, as I haven't worked with companies before. IT Svit has extended my in-house team with strong people who became an integral part of it. To maintain and improve system uptime and security, they regularly revise (modernize, optimize) the internal services, namely database systems (have consolidated them into clusters), anti-virus protection, monitoring systems, CMS, file-server systems, local network, and more. I continue working with the team as our project needs a variety of different skills for the improvements and IT Svit is able to cover everything, that's I appreciate.

Their engineers performed the migration of our platform very smoothly, and also enabled in-depth monitoring and alerting for our new GCP ecosystem. After providing support for our platform. The workflow was smooth and clear - we had regular sync up calls with engineers and project manager. Also they provide comprehensive daily and weekly reports about the progress. Their team demonstrated great attention to detail, responsiveness and flexibility.

Despite the horrendous circumstances in the Ukraine, IT Svit has delivered a solid solution for our server infrastructure needs. Project planning and communication could be improved.

IT Svit team performed a migration of our website. First of all, they performed an audit of the infrastructure. After that they worked on the tooling and CI/CD processes in the AWS. They moved our app and database to Amazon. The second phase included testing and optimization, setting up monitoring and logging. We still work with them - engineers monitor our system, assist developers with their requests and suggest improvements as our product grows. Thanks to IT Svit, our customers no longer experience timeouts on our application. Moreover, we managed to reduce the infrastructure costs, as soon as IT Svit finished the migration.

We were looking for DevOps service providers and found IT Svit which had extensive experience with Google Cloud and cloud migrations. Their engineers performed the migration of our platform very smoothly, and also enabled in-depth monitoring and alerting for our new GCP ecosystem. It is a pleasure to work with them - the engineers involved are extremely knowledgeable and engaged. I would highly recommend working with this team if you want your infrastructure to be easily managed, configured, and monitored. Right now they continue providing support for our platform.

It Svit helped us spin up our infrastructure, install code, setup mySQL databases, and put best in class deployment practices in place. I can't recommend highly enough.
