My overall experience working with the Iqonic Design and their support team has been excellent. Their support has ensured the platform runs smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot issues, and commitment to meeting deadlines were pretty good. The team was highly responsive to feedback and made sure our requirements were met. The business development team were also very responsive following up on requested changes and bug fixes f4om the development team.

I collaborated with Iqonic Design, in order to build a health-related service, which would allow bookings, doctor reports, patient feedback and multiple channel communication (web, SMS, push notifications). I recommend their offering, because it is highly customisable, and the developers and support staff have been very supportive, have consistently helped with customisations, and have offered timely assistance in every aspect of installing, customising the product. Highly recommended!

WARNING: Very disappointing experience, we bought their app from Evanto market, requested custom edits and paid 1150$, after the 7th version of the App and 4 months of developments and late replies, there are basic core problems, no new user registration possible tested on 3 different devices.
