Innoventix Solutions is an IT services/consulting company focused on mainly 2 technological verticals.

Microsoft 365 and all its apps: we help clients get the most out of their M365 subscription by helping them set up modern workplace and automate their business processes using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate which are already included in the M365 suite of apps.
Flutter mobile app development, we help startups and idea owners build awesome mobile apps with 30% less cost as Flutter helps build iOS, Android, and Windows apps using a single code base. This way the clients are happy as we provide them with an awesome looking app within their budget and timeline.

My role at the company is to be the torch bearer. The team is young and dynamic but they need proper direction so they can build a bright future ahead in the company.

What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?

So I used to work in corporate in USA and while working there I realized my potential wasn’t being utilized properly. I could do so much more and have an impact in the world. That’s when I decided to move back to India start Innoventix Solutions where the work culture would not be boring like corporates. We work and have fun at the same time.

Some of the highlights we achieved as a company since inception are -

We were the first in Ahmedabad to start with Flutter as a mobile development tool

We grew year on year at 20-25% for the first 5 years.

The team has now become stronger than ever we had some flaws but we were able to sort out those in the past few years. The hierarchy is there but it's based on your potential and not on the number of years of experience. If a person is really talented we encourage them to lead rather than keep them locked.

Yes any employee if they are not working on client deliverables is encouraged to apply for professional certification or go through the trending technological training. Even we hire interns each year who go through a learning path and are mostly hired full-time to continue working with us.

Sure, we recently started working with a global Non-Profit organization for a Microsoft 365 project. Their company was spread across 8 countries and had a team of about 20-30 people in each region. They were confused and spending a lot of time doing things manually via email. They had about 330 Teams channels to communicate. We worked with the client provided a strategy and implemented a SharePoint hub site from where everything is now managed. Each county has its own site where they communicate with their fellow staff members, workflows have been established and it is now much easier to find and manage information for them.

What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?

We don’t have a specific industry as any industry can use Microsoft 365 or Mobile Apps. If I speak about most projects per industry then we have worked with the Education industry and social media apps the most. Most of the clients we have helped are still with us on some sort of retainer contract and some come back after they are successful for consulting work.

Yes, we encourage working with trending technologies. Like AI , AR and IOT. We invest in research projects for internal use and also push the sales team to acquire the latest tech projects so the developers feel confident with their skills.

We work on 3 payment models.

Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?

If by basic budget you mean budget to cover operational cost we prefer some profit margin on top of the basic budget reason is some clients don’t have a clear idea of what they want and the efforts change drastically once we start the project based on past experiences. Our minimum budget starts at $5000.

What technological capabilities does your company possess, and are there any ongoing or planned investments in technology infrastructure or tools to enhance your services?

We don’t invest too much in server infrastructure as most of the time we work with cloud services like Azure or AWS. We do purchase workstations but that too refurbished ones as technology changes very fast and so does the hardware for development.

Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?

We want to start building our own products and be a leader not only in custom software development but also a product authority in the technologies we serve. We expect to launch our IPO in the next 5 years and expand teams in at least 5 countries. Note while doing this we also want to reward our loyal staff members as they are the pillars of the building that we are trying to develop.
