Howard, Solochek & Weber, S.C. (HS&W) was established in 1961. Since that time, our emphasis has been in representing clients in creditors’-rights cases.

HS&W represents corporate clients in commercial transactions including litigation; negotiation and drafting of contracts; consultation and advice regarding Articles 2, 3 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code; general creditor-rights issues; bankruptcy and insolvency matters; drafting and negotiation of commercial loan transactions; drafting and negotiation of asset sale transactions; and commercial collections.
