HighAppler

We design, build and run custom software: SaaS platforms, web applications, iOS and Android apps, systems integration, cloud solutions, hosting and maintenance, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 preparation support, software consulting, and dedicated senior developers (1 to 3 per engagement). Our focus is SaaS, construction technology and civic tech / public-sector software.

Our main market is US B2B companies; we also take on projects from Bulgaria, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics. Our senior engineers and QA specialists bring 50+ years of collective experience, and a typical MVP takes 8 to 16 weeks. We also build and run our own product, Simplixo, a cloud POS for restaurants, cafes and shops.

How we work: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 Bulgarian time (03:00-12:00 US Eastern), about 3 hours of live overlap with a 9-to-5 US Eastern day, and we reply within one business day. Senior engineers from $25 to $49 per hour; minimum project $1,000; fixed price or time and materials. English is our working language, and the source code and IP we write for you are yours on final payment.

HighAppler is a custom software company founded on 24 March 2025 by Vladimir Gichev and registered at 12 Cherveni Eskadroni Str., 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria.

Before HighAppler was founded, members of our team helped build a SaaS field-productivity platform for the construction industry at PeerAssist, and worked on a social ride-sharing mobile app (Harley-Davidson) and a smart streetlight system with real-time alerts (Nikola Kozlevo).
