Foster & Morris was established in 2009 as a commercial debt collection agency. We are based in Dallas, Texas. We only collect commercial (B2B) debt and our collection efforts are not bound by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) as we do not collect consumer debt or househeld debt. We are not a law firm, but we do assist litigation by forwarding cases to debt collection attorneys on our client's behalf when deemed appropriate.
