Exemplary marketing LLC is an app development and app design company including artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and much more tech-related issues needed in today’s 20th century. We are located in Chicago, Illinois.

What is the story behind starting this company?
I always sought out to be an entrepreneur I hated the old and boring 9-5 lifestyle and studied and elite entrepreneurs like Jeff Bezos, Robert Kiyosaki, and the infamous Mark Cuban. I always knew online sales had such a great presence so I had to get started, and that’s when I founded Exemplary Marketing in 2015.

Our business model is all in-house we like to keep our work for the people of America.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our company differentiates itself in many different ways such as.. we have good customer support, project managers, and general managers, AS A CLIENT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM COMMUNICATING OR KNOWING WHATS GOING ON WITH THE PROJECT. We also update our clients every week with project updates, specs, details, and more.
Lastly, we are not in a rush to quote your project we take 1-3 business days to write up a detailed FRD ( functional requirement document) that includes every spec, detail and aspect of the application.. that way nothing is missing.

We cater to all industries.. all of our customers are repetitive or bring back friends and families, We get all types of clients doctors, lawyers, small business owners, large business owners, and more.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our app development and app design services are the best that we offer we always start with our clickable prototype design to get the app development started. This is our bestselling product app design, because this is how we get started with all app development projects, and then if the client decides to move forward with the app development we send over a detailed FRD we come to an agreement sign and do the app development project.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our customer satisfaction rate is great overall, all of our clients are happy! We have great social proof. We always provide updated documents and we work professionally and hard our clients come first ALWAYS. We make sure our clients are always happy we tend to all of our client’s needs, and we document all things necessary to ensure we are not missing out on anything.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a dedicated customer support team to help with small things like buying domain names setting up servers. Creating third-party API accounts and more that way cour clients are stress-free, and have nothing to worry about.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We work in milestones of 5 and we take payments anyway.. Venmo, Zelle, wire transfers, Zelle/quickpay apple pay, and even cash app whichever way is suitable for our clients.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take any client who is serious about developing their mobile application.. some clients have huge dreams and really want to get started with the app development project so we ensure we help them get started! Whether it is starting with a minimum viable product for $5,000 USD or just selling them a clickable prototype design with an FRD to help pitch investors we help in every way.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
The price range is typically $20,000-$25,000 USD.
